ReHome bridges that gap by combining financial support with guidance, unlocking access to homeownership and enabling families to rebuild with stability and dignity.

Tailored Support For Home Ownership

Holistic Support
We go beyond financial aid by offering critical guidance on mortgage terms, relocation assistance, and financial counselling to ensure families can manage and sustain their new homes

Downpayment Support
ReHome provides families with up to 30% of the home value or up to NIS 1million, (the lower of the two). This capital is to be used to form part of the downpayment required to purchase a new home.

Flexible Financing Model
These funds are structured as a flexible loan, repayable over time through mechanisms such as compensation from the government, refinancing, or home sales
